2. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

To protect product hygiene and ensure the quality of our craft materials, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective:

  • Kandi Bracelets & Natural Crystal Series
    For hygiene and safety, bracelets are non-returnable once shipped.
    (If they arrive defective, we will replace them for free.)

  • Opened Bead Set Boxes
    Once the seal is broken, the kit cannot be accepted back due to the many small components inside.

  • Custom or Personalized Items


3. Defective or Damaged Items (Free Replacement)

We stand behind the quality of every product we send out. If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  1. Email us at [Your Email Address] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Please include your order number and clear photos/videos.

  3. We will provide a free replacement.

Crystal Note:
Natural crystals often contain unique characteristics such as small inclusions, internal lines, or natural cavities. These features are not considered defects.
We carefully inspect all crystal pieces before shipping to ensure quality.


4. Returns & Exchanges for Unopened Bead Set Boxes

If your bead set box is still sealed and you would like to return or exchange it:

  1. Request Approval First

    • Email us at [Your Email Address] within 14 days of delivery to request approval.

    • Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back.

    • Items sent back without approval cannot be processed.

  2. Condition for Return

    • The item must be unused and in its original, sealed condition.

  3. Refunds

    • Refunds will cover the product price. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

    • For some orders, we may offer a partial credit for original shipping—please reach out to discuss.

  4. Exchanges for Personal Preference

    • If you would like to exchange an unopened bead set for a different color or item, we are happy to assist!

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

5. Care, Wear, & Warranty Limitations

Please refer to the Aftercare Card included in your package.
Damages caused by normal wear, stretching, exposure to water/chemicals, impact, pulling with the bracelet on are not covered under our warranty, as they are not manufacturing defects.
