1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), except for personalized bracelets (contact us for more details).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Locations & Carriers
We ship to the United States and Canada.

United States: USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers.

Canada: Canada Post, Chit Chats, UPS, or local couriers.
Shipping carriers are chosen to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

4. Pre-Order & Custom Orders
Pre-order products and custom/personalized orders generally take about 1 month to fulfill.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact our team — we’ll do our best to accommodate your timing.
5. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Economical option. Free for orders over CAD 80 (Canada) or USD 70 (USA).

Priority / Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery option. This service is not included in free shipping promotions and requires an additional fee at checkout.
6. Multiple Fulfillment Locations
We have fulfillment centers in both the US (Florida) and Canada (BC).
Your order may ship from the location closest to you to reduce delivery time and shipping costs.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to follow your package until it reaches you.
8. Shipping Issues
If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or delayed significantly:

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, including replacements if necessary.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within the US and Canada.
We hope to expand to other regions in the future.
